Home » Wastewater & Sludge Removal
Family Roots Plumbing provides vacuum truck service for accessible wastewater, sludge, sediment, and liquid-material removal at municipal, utility, commercial, campus, and facility locations across the Main Line and surrounding areas. Each request is reviewed to understand the material, estimated volume, access, schedule, and receiving or disposal requirements.
Service may support maintenance, cleaning, inspection preparation, repair work, or the removal of accumulated material from accessible tanks, pits, basins, and related infrastructure. The approved scope depends on site conditions and the characteristics of the material being handled.
Wastewater and sludge work requires clear information before mobilization. We coordinate with the customer representative regarding access, operating conditions, material documentation, site rules, and the planned destination for removed material.

10/10 pipe seized on us on Friday night at 10:30 and Ray was at my house at 8am on the dot to Fix me up. He did not recommend anything we did not need. There’s not another plumber I will ever use. Ray is GREAT.Posted on Google![]()

Nick was absolutely incredible! He worked so hard in the pouring rain to unclog our main pipe- he skillfully used every piece of equipment he could think of to remove a 3in wiffle ball from a 4in pipe. We are so grateful for his expertise and time. We would recommend him and this company to anyone who needs help. Professional, kind, patient and truly dedicated to the customer and their needs. Thank you Nick!+0Posted on Google![]()

I've used this company twice now and both times they performed perfectly and quickly. The first time I had some leaks in the main water valve coming into the house and they repaired the shut off switches and has been leak free ever since. Then, this week I had water leaking in my basement in my HVAC room. The team was able to figure out it was a water heater leak, come to my house to analyze the fix, and install the new heater in only 3 hours from my initial call. Incredible service from this group, I highly recommend to anyone needing a reputable and responsive plumbing company.
